Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday during normal business hours excluding U.S. holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification letting you know it's on its way.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
All sales are final.
We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you.
Refunds and Exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@ardanlabs.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
